Amphenol Telaire 3022 is an industrial carbon dioxide (CO2) sensor, that can be used to measure the relative carbon dioxide in air quality, fermentation and livestock production applications.
Together with the Consibio Logger, you can measure CO2 in real-time to provide valuable insights for:
- Environmental Monitoring: Provides real-time monitoring of carbon dioxide (CO2) levels, crucial for assessing indoor air quality and environmental conditions.
- Process Optimization: Enables optimization of industrial processes by monitoring CO2 emissions and identifying opportunities for energy efficiency and emissions reduction.
- Research Insights: Provides valuable data for studying the impact of CO2 levels on livestock health, productivity, and environmental sustainability, facilitating research and development in various fields.
Wiring of Sensor and Logger
Items needed
- 1 x Logger
- 1 x Generic GPIO v1.0 Expansion Board
- 1 x Amphenol Telaire 3022
Connecting a Amphenol Telaire 3022 sensor via. Generic GPIO Expansion Board
To integrate the Amphenol Telaire 3022 sensor with the Consibio Logger via I2C, utilize the Generic GPIO v1.0 Expansion Board and follow these connections:
- Red wire to 5V
- Green wire to GND
- White wire to SDA
- Black wire to SCL
Remember to ensure that all contacts on the GPIO expansion are set to "ON" by pushing all buttons to the right on the 4 small contacts marked with the numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4.
This configuration leverages the Logger's compatibility with I2C signals and the versatility of its Generic GPIO Expansion Board, enabling seamless integration with industry-standard communication protocols for efficient control and monitoring.
