Organizations - Adding payment details

Adding payment details across an organization, has never been easier!

This guide will take you through setting up a correct Billing Account in your Organization in Consibio Cloud. This way, you ensure that no payment is late and access to Consibio Cloud will work 24/7.

Notice: This guide assumes that you have contacted support@consibio.com and that they have helped you creating an organization and made your user-profile "Admin" of that organization.

Let's get started:

  1. Go to Organizations
  2. Create a Billing Account and enter billing email
  3. Add Default Payment Method
  4. Update Information inside the Billing Portal

 

Step 1: Go to Organizations

  • Start by logging in to Consibio Cloud
  • Click on your user-account in the top right corner
  • Select "Organizations"

Step 2: Enter Billing Email

  • Press the "Go To Organization" button
  • Press the "Create your Billing Account"
  • Enter the billing email that should receive invoices etc. from Consibio

After this step, the billing account will be generated. This may take a minute or so. 
Once finished, you should be greeted with an overview of options related to payment method, invoices and billing information.

Step 3: Add payment method

  • Press the "Add default Card" button - you will now be redirected to Stripe
  • Enter the card details, name of card owner and save the details. Follow the instructions on your screen to verify that you are the card holder.
  • Once saved, you will be directed back to the Organization inside Consibio Cloud
  • Refresh the web page and the status has now changed to your newly added default payment method

Step 4: Update additional information 

  • Press the "Go to Billing" button - you will now be redirected to Stripe
  • Press the Update information button
  • Update all the relevant information fields, e.g. Name, Address, Phone Number, Tax ID (VAT)
  • Once saved, all the necessary payment details have been added to your organization

 

By following this guide, you have successfully set up automatic payment for your Consibio Cloud subscription. Your data will always be on time from now on.
